  Session 1, Module C: How do you get started?

In this course, we'll share guidance on how to:

1) do an actual SFI interview

2) stay-focused during the interview

3) get on track if you're side-tracked by certain answers

4) remember the critical building blocks that should be present for drawing out a client's complete picture of the success

Exercise:

Identify someone with whom you might want to explore success. This could be a parent or colleague you work with. Draft the first question for a Success-Focused Interview (SFI) with that person.
