The SafeGenerations Team brings together more than 50 years of combined experience in child welfare, counseling, and family engagement. The full-time team—Andrea Robideau, Bill Schulenberg, Sarah Sundman, and Sherry Amelse—has spent decades working directly with children and families, walking alongside practitioners, and helping organizations build lasting safety and well-being.

Since 2019, SafeGenerations has partnered with over 70 jurisdictions across the U.S. and Canada, offering training, consulting, and implementation support. Their work spans from the frontlines to executive leadership and is complemented by practical technology tools designed to serve the whole organization. Rooted in collaboration and curiosity, the SafeGenerations team understands what it takes to lead meaningful conversations and to grow in the process.
