On-Site Agency Facilitator: This is a person who is on-site with you live during your course leading your group through the material. Typically a group of ten participants has two On-Site Agency Facilitators. These leaders can answer questions about your course and have direct access to your Trainer/Consultant for support.

Agency Lead: This is your Licensed Trainer/Consultant who works with your agency and oversees your Signs of Safety learning journey through your Signs of Safety implementation.

Depending on your Power of Partnership package, this person may:

  • Co-facilitate Sessions #1, #7, and #12.
  • Log-in to your PoP Course classroom to review and respond to comments, reflections and questions.
  • Be available to your On-site Agency Facilitators for guidance and support.

OTHER STUFF

Q. How long does each module take?

A. This totally depends on you and your group. Most people are reporting between 90 and 120 minutes per module.

Q. Do I need to be at my computer during a certain time each week?

A. Nope! That is the beauty of this course. You can move forward on your schedule and at your pace. You could even break up each module if you don't have a big chunk of time all at once. Ideally, you are taking this course with a team of practitioners from your agency and you have set up a specific and regular time to do the course together. This will maximize your success!

Q. Can I share my username and password with others?

A. Each person who takes this course will have their own account. Sharing your username and password could affect your access to the course so please encourage colleagues to register for their own spot in the course.

Q. What if I am unhappy with the course?

A. We would never want you to be dissatisfied! If you have comments, concerns, apprehensions, complaints, ideas, suggestions, or words of thanks please e-mail your trainer/consultant. You can also e-mail [email protected] at anytime! We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
