1C: Belonging as a Need

In order for us to truly and adequately introduce and understand belonging, we need to know that before belonging is a feeling, it is a need. A need that is fundamental to our survival, growth, and flourishing.

Watch these two short clips that explain what makes belonging a fundamental human need and then reflect on your key takeaway.
